{"id":12515,"date":"2018-12-31T07:59:45","date_gmt":"2018-12-31T07:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hitechanimation.com\/blog\/?p=12515"},"modified":"2023-07-04T12:08:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T12:08:34","slug":"hullor-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.moople.in\/blog\/hullor-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Hullor 2018&#8230; !!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In 2017, <strong>Moople institute of animation and design<\/strong>, one of the leading <strong>animation<\/strong> <strong>production houses<\/strong> in India, started the employee engagement initiative called <strong>Hullor<\/strong> \u2013 the Bengali word for Euphoria. The goal was to organize an evening of music, dance, good food &amp; drinks where all the <strong>employees<\/strong> of the company could enjoy themselves. At the time of its inception, the Directors of Moople(<strong>Hi-Tech Animation)<\/strong> were skeptical of the program\u2019s success. After all, would the workaholic <strong>animators<\/strong>, <strong>designers<\/strong> &amp; <strong>artists<\/strong> drop their guard and give in to the moment, just for one evening?<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, the organizers were pleasantly surprised when the first <strong>Hullor<\/strong> was a mega success. Not only did the <strong>employees<\/strong> enjoy themselves thoroughly but their energy &amp; moves on the dance floor laid all apprehensions to rest. It was unanimously decided \u2013 <strong>Hullor<\/strong> would be an annual event from now on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hullor<\/strong> 2018 was held on Fri 28<sup>th<\/sup> Dec at the Moople(<strong>Hi-Tech Animation)<\/strong> Topsia campus \u2013 the same venue as the previous year. Around 6:30 pm onwards, the crowds started gathering on the terrace of the premises. The Directors of the Company \u2013 Mr. Anurag Chirimar, Mr. Prashant Chopra &amp; Mr. Subrata Roy along with the Business Head Mrs. Payal Singhi Chopra felicitated <strong>employees<\/strong> who had been with the organization for more than 3 years by presenting them with a token of appreciation.<\/p>\n<p>As the evening rolled by, the DJ kicked in his turn-table. The party-goers put on their dance shoes &amp; got into the groove. The roof-top came alive with such foot-tapping numbers as Shape of You by Ed Sheeran, Kala Chashma &amp; Bum Bum.<\/p>\n<p>After an evening of fun, frolic &amp; merriment, the exhausted dancers treated themselves to mughlai delicacies for dinner before calling it a night.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is always refreshing to connect with my colleagues, whose professionalism I admire greatly, at a human level. When we share a bottle of beer together, it is no longer just official camaraderie. Its friendship\u201d, remarks Samiran Biswas, a 13-year veteran with the organization &amp; a faculty member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moople.in\/graphic-and-webdesign-course\">Graphic Designing course<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Hullor<\/strong> 2018 was even more memorable for me than last year. Our team is expanding rapidly &amp; it is always enthralling to watch so many new faces on the dance floor.
